Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your items.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at our customer service email. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom made products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
